I printed the body of the saw with PLA filament. I printed the engine mounting parts with PLA. An insulated spacer will be needed to prevent PLA from being affected by engine temperature. This section is available among the files. And in order for this part to withstand heat, it needs to be printed with PETG, ABS or ASA.
You can change the motor position to tension the timing belt as needed. There is a distance of 4.6mm for this.
The saw blade I used is 65mm in diameter and 0.5mm thick.
In order to clean the dust accumulated in the box, it can be connected to the vacuum cleaner by using the hose printed with Flexible filament (TPU).
