How to install the FPV (First Person View) system for wireless, real-time video transmission on RC aircraft and car models.
To install an FPV image transmission system, an FPV camera (Recording camera or FPV camera only), FPV transmitter (image transmission transmitter) and FPV goggles with receiver are required.
Can be used on Displays except glasses. Glasses and displays that are usually produced for FPV have an internal FPV receiver. But there are glasses and screens that need to be worn externally to the receiver.
Eachine EV800D FPV glasses actually have 2 receivers and 2 antennas. The panel antenna only receives signals from its opposite side, but has a long range. The round-looking butterfly antenna (the antenna structure in the shape of a butterfly) captures signals from 360 degrees, but is not very long range. Since 2 receivers and 2 antenna types are operated together, the signal quality is better. Another feature of this glasses is the detachment of the part attached to the head. In this way, it can be used as FPV screen.
The camera I use is the 2nd version of the Run Cam brand. The 1080P can be used as an FPV camera in addition to 60FPS recording. And it can work as FPV camera simultaneously while recording. It’s one of the best cameras in its class.
